WEBSITE CREDIT CARD ALERT

Dear Client,

Due to the increased unauthorized use of credit cards and the high volume of charge backs, Winair has introduced a new credit card policy for all bookings made on Winair's on-line Booking Engine or via our reservations department by e-mail.

With immediate effect, all bookings made online or via our reservations department, the credit card will be processed via our VeriSign processor. Within 72 Hours of bookings, clients will receive an e-mail from our reservations department requesting the credit card holder to complete a Credit Card Authorization Form.

Once the required document is received and verified, an e-mail confirmation will be sent confirming the booking. The Credit Card Authorization Form can be sent either by fax or e-mail scan.

The Credit Card Authorization must be received within 7 days of e-mail request or at least 3 days prior to departure date, whichever comes first. Failure to comply with the required time frame will lead to Winair cancelling the booking and refunding clients credit card.

Clients not interested in providing the required document for verification are advised not to book on-line as bookings will not be processed. Clients are requested to visit their preferred travel agent in their home city and have their booking made via the travel agency.

Winair hereby apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause, but in the interest of our clients and our airline, these measures had to be implemented
